Yesterday I caught up with a friend who I haven’t seen in ages, it was really great but did kind of dashed my beading plans for the day as I was out from just after seven am until after three pm. Its super important to catch up with friends and do more than just bead, read, work and watch movies. However I did make a start on Christmas things as it is getting close and beading takes time. And today mum decided we had to go out for lunch at the last minute which also put a spanner in the works today and hence this post is being written at night in the face of my best laid plans. Of course I could have chosen not to go out with her but she is a very social person and as she did go out of her way to raise me I try to be accommodating, and as sociable as possible or at least not blatantly grumpy. Today was a bit of a failure on that front.
I am behind on the Christmas ornament goal that I have set myself of one new ornament per day and am two behind, so fingers crossed I’ll get three done tomorrow and some more brooches. Or maybe I’ll make myself some mirror earrings. On Wednesday I’ll be writing a post about Bead Machines, specially kaleidocycles. It was todays intended post but I only just finished my third kaleidocyle and I wanted to have at least three types made to post about. Ok so really tomorrow I’ll be starting with a batcycle before doing anything else so that I’m ready for Wednesdays post give how often I’m introupted. One day I shall live out of town so that distractions will be limited.
In other news I gave in to temptation and tried an art page for followers after giving it a quick check out. It seemed legit but basically I got bot followers which sucks. Perhaps I’ll start an art page of my own to help artist get real followers. we shall see.
