Dress, dress, dress

I have made a start on one of the few Toho kits I still have left to make, that I have. Of course there are more out there I wish to buy eventually although they seem rather hard to find at the moment. And on top of that my supply of spare miniature mannequins has almost ran out. In fact I had to cut apart a failed experiment just to be able to reuse the mannequin although I’d intended to leave it on for effect.

Another of the mannequins was slightly damaged so found another use for it. I am not sure wether to bead on top of it or not, maybe a net design, or a shawl or coat. What do you think? I rather like the rough style done in glorious gold, not that it would be to everyone’s taste.

I have also been writing again, not my blog but actual writing. Well most of it has been writing notes for a writing class. But it might be time to do something will all these ideas circling about in my mind.

Yesterday dad surprised me with a change of lunch venue and even a change of parking place to eat, we went up to Lamberts beach look out but there were no whales or people so it still made a nice change.

And I spent a few hours with my mother today, we had lunch a Bing’s which is always a good time if you are prepared to wait.

Hum not much else to say today, I’m not ready to show you what else I’ve been working on so i shall leave it there.

Nighty night. Lou

Hey there, most people call me Lou and I am a passionate dreamer and creator of funky beaded creations. I dream of having my creations featured in galleries and am working to make that dream a reality. When I am not working or creating I am spending time with family and friends, reading or watching movies.
