I got about half way through setting up a weekend post yesterday before I gave up and went to bed. Thankfully this morning I am feeling a lot better and have just more than enough time to do a post and maybe set up my next one before going to my next appointment of the day.
I’m pleased to have three more finished shapes for my shape collection, I’m not sure if I’ve shared one of them or not on my last post but will share all three in this post. I have two other shapes started with some extra parts to start more. I have two posters of polyhedron that I am working off to make as many

shapes as I possible can. So far I can only make up to a pentagon in this style but i have an idea of how to make hexagons and octagons as well, using a started and a slightly different method.
one of the other shapes I am working on is one I have done before but I am doing it in the tiny solid form for the third series of the major collection.
The photo on the right is of a Snub Cube and although the angles are a bit different the faces are all correct.

And my third new shape (although like the first I have made this shape before just not for the collection) is a Rhombicuboctahedron. Now try saying that three times fast.
I also have managed to solder some earrings (though not my stainless steal ones) and some jump rings so I can start making earrings again with out the risk of the thread sliding off the hooks. I have several designs to make that I’ve brought and some of my own to do as examples for selling patterns.

It’s not the best photo but I love this painted bunting pattern I brought in a set by CariAnne Slotterback off Etsy. She has some lovely designs and I will hopefully do a post about her in the coming weeks. I also made some earrings with this design and the wee mini bird as well. They are over the top but I’m sure they will find a good home as they are very colourful. I also have more patterns by my fave Bead Crumbs Hawaii, to make up.

And then there is this totaly cute design by Mistise also on Etsy. I think it might be a bit small by its self as earrings but it is totally cute. I also have some fun designs by WineyHookerCrafts, so keep an eye out for new posts about these fantastic designers. On the 3d pattern front I have some by LadyLunar to do up as well, she has so many amazing designs and I’ll get to them in the coming months. And also a Bead-a-long box by Julia s. Pretl from seedbeadsandmore group on FB. I’ll be starting the box in the next few days.
um I did have something else to talk about but have forgotten so it will have to wait for the next post.
hope you all have a fantastic day, Lou.
